“Our free Sportsmen’s and Gun Safety Expo offers the opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts in the 44th District to become more educated and familiar with the related state and local government services available to you,” said Gaydos. “The expert information presented is beneficial to everyone, whether you own a firearm or not. I strongly encourage you to attend.”

Featured panelists include Honorable Justice Anthony Saveikis; Colin Morell, ranger supervisor at Raccoon Creek State Park, John Hart, police chief of Findlay Township; Michael Johnson, conservation officer of the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission; Evan McDaniel and Jason Raup, game wardens of the Pennsylvania Game Commission; Kevin Krause, chief deputy for the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office; and Rocco Gagliardi, trooper and public information officer for the Pennsylvania State Police.

In addition, the expo will feature a wide variety of state and local agencies and vendors showcasing opportunities to become more active in the great outdoors anytime of the year.

“The purpose of this expo is to allow attendees to visit with our exhibitors and see the ‘latest and greatest’ for the coming season – all under one roof,” said Gaydos.
